1:1 Coaching Program
Our 1:1 coaching program begins with scheduling an initial consultation, via Zoom (all 1:1 sessions are conducted via Zoom). - We offer a month-by-month coaching program for flexibility, and in consideration of the uniqueness of each client's needs and goals.
- We do recommend (but do not require) a minimum of three months for maximum mental coaching effectiveness. Behavioral change, in terms of developing high performance habits, and self-regulating one's thoughts and emotions, takes time.
- Each 1:1 session runs approximately 50-minutes in length.

Workshops
Workshops are generally facilitated in-person and are available for Small Groups and Teams (between 10 - 40) participants). Applications of mental coaching are highly tailored to the performance demands, needs and goals of each collective body. We start with scheduling a 30-minute introductory phone call with the group / team leadership to discuss objectives and offer a blueprint for group / team mental skills training. - We are able to offer a variety of packages for the facilitation of small group and team workshops (between 10 - 40 participants); however, we recommend a minimum of three weekly (or bi-weekly) workshops for maximum mental coaching effectiveness.
- Each workshop runs approximately 60-minutes in length.

Keynote Presentations
Keynote Presentations are generally facilitated in-person and are available for Large Groups and Teams (40 or more participants).
